Evernya offers free shipping for orders equal to or greater than 50 euros to all addresses in Spain (Peninsula) excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. You just need to include the address where you want to receive your order when you purchase your product, and you will receive it within 1-2 business days.

At Evernya, we offer customers the opportunity to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

How to care for your garments

EVERNYA GARMENT CARE

Our garments are designed to offer maximum performance, comfort, and durability. To maintain their quality and integrity for longer, please follow these use and maintenance recommendations:

1. WASHING

• Wash garments in cold water on a delicate cycle if using a washing machine, although we advise against using a washing machine for technical sports garments.

• Use mild detergent. The use of bleach or fabric softeners is prohibited and voids the warranty.

• Wash dark and light colors separately to prevent color transfer.

2. DRYING

• Air dry garments, avoiding direct sun exposure to preserve colors.

• Do not tumble dry. Heat can damage the fabric's elasticity and compromise quality.

• Using a tumble dryer voids the warranty.

3. USE AND HANDLING

• Avoid contact with Velcro, zippers, sharp objects, or rough edges, as they can damage the fabric.

• Reduce constant friction with backpacks or equipment that can wear down the surface.

• Do not iron. Direct heat also damages the fabric and voids the warranty.

4. STORAGE

• Store garments in a cool, dry place, away from humidity to prevent mold and odors.

• Do not store them damp or wring them to dry.

5. ACTIONS TO AVOID

• Do not use softeners, bleach, or other aggressive products.

• Do not iron.

• Do not tumble dry.

• Do not store damp or wring out.

By following these guidelines, you will extend the lifespan of your EVERNYA garments and maintain their optimal performance.

ABOUT LOGOS AND SEAMS

At EVERNYA, we take special care with each garment. However, it's important to note that:

• Designs or logos that cross seams may not be perfectly aligned.

• This is a natural consequence of the artisanal manufacturing process, which involves some variability.
  We appreciate your understanding of these minor imperfections that do not affect the garment's quality or performance.

COLOR VARIATIONS

During production, slight color variations may occur between garments, even within the same order, due to:

• The use of different fabrics that absorb ink differently.

• Differences in the sublimation process depending on the fabric used.

This is entirely normal in sublimated textile production and is not considered a defect. At EVERNYA, we communicate this with full transparency so that you can make informed decisions before finalizing your custom order.
