Refund and Returns Policy

CUSTOM CLOTHING

All EVERNYA products are thoroughly inspected to ensure quality before shipping.


1. INITIAL INSPECTION

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect products upon arrival.
Customers have 15 calendar days from receipt to verify quality and report any defects.


2. DEADLINE FOR REPORTING DEFECTS

Claims for defects or quality issues will only be accepted within the 15-day period.
No claims will be accepted after this period.


3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for the proper use and care of the garments.
Damage due to improper washing, misuse, rubbing against backpacks, Velcro, or sharp objects is not covered by the warranty.


4. QUALITY AND DELICACY

Our garments are made with high-performance technical materials, so they require delicate care to preserve their quality.


5. CLAIMS AND DISCOUNTS

No returns or discounts will be offered if claims are submitted out of time or if the products have been mishandled.
Nor will claims that we consider unfounded or with fraudulent intent be accepted.


6. INFORMATION AND EDUCATION

EVERNYA provides clear washing and maintenance instructions.
Following them is essential to ensure product durability.

7. TRANSPARENCY AND COMMUNICATION

All manufacturing processes and warranty conditions are clearly communicated.
Lack of knowledge on the part of the customer will not be a valid reason for a late return.


8. ABOUT CUSTOMIZED GARMENTS

Customized garments do not allow exchanges or returns, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

This is due to the provisions of article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which states:

"The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts referring to the supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's and user's specifications or clearly personalized."

This includes cases where:

  • The final result shows slight variations in color or size compared to the digital design.

  • The garment is not to the customer's personal liking after receiving it.

 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product without needing to provide justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email). The return costs will be borne by the customer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. The consumer is responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning, as per article 108.2 of RDL 1/2007.


The procedure for returning an item purchased from our online store is as follows:


Send a return request by email to info@evernya.es or contact us directly via chat.

  1. a) Remember that it must be done no later than 14 days from the date you received the product.
  1. b) Let us know the reason for the return if you think it will help us continue to improve.

Items must be packaged.


    Send the items to the address indicated in your return request at info@evernya.es.

    Important: it remains the customer's responsibility until we receive the items.

    
    

    We primarily recommend that you send any returned items by courier or certified mail and keep proof of shipment with the tracking number.

    
    

    We strive to process refunds as soon as they are received, but please allow 5 business days for returns to be processed.

    You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once it has been processed.

     

    
    

    How will I receive my refund?

    
    

    Once a return is approved, the purchase value will be refunded using the same method as the original payment.

    When will I receive my refund?

    
    

     Once we have confirmed that the returned items are in perfect condition with all original packaging and tags attached, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.

    
    

    Can I exchange my order?

    
    

    At the moment we do not offer exchanges, we are very sorry! It is something we aim to offer in the future, but we do not yet have the necessary processes to support it.

    
    

    We are happy to accept returns of unused items with original tags and packaging attached within 30 days of receiving your order. You can then proceed to place a new order.

    What if my item is defective?

    In the event that Evernya has mistakenly sent a different item from the one ordered or you have received a defective item, please contact us at info@evernya.es to arrange the return and/or exchange. For a prompt response, we can also assist you via the website chat.

    
    

    EVERNYA will proceed to replace or refund the item. In such cases, all procedures will be free of charge to the customer.
