To exercise the right of withdrawal, products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. The consumer is responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning, as per article 108.2 of RDL 1/2007.

3. Products, Prices and Promotions
We strive to ensure that all products in our store are available and that prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to modify products and prices without prior notice. Prices are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT according to current legislation.
All products come with a legal guarantee of conformity from the moment of delivery, in accordance with RDL 1/2007.
Promotions and discounts are temporary, and their validity will be indicated on each product or relevant section.
4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order in our online store, you are offering to purchase a product under these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
The consumer can choose to receive their invoice on paper or in electronic format. This choice will be expressly made when completing the order. The paper invoice will be available at no additional cost.

5. Shipping and Delivery
At evernya, we work with different courier companies to guarantee the best possible service. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination city and are shown during the checkout process before finalizing the order.

The shipping price is determined by the rate applied by the corresponding courier company and may vary depending on the location. Once the delivery address is entered, the system will display the exact cost associated with the selected courier.
⏳ Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the logistics operator. You will receive a confirmation with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
🚚 Couriers and Availability:
We collaborate with different transport providers to ensure efficient service. The availability of certain couriers may depend on the delivery area.

6. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product without needing to provide any justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email). The return costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Custom Sports Apparel
In accordance with article 103, letter c) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), returns or exchanges are not accepted for customized products. This includes any clothing item that has been made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided designs and sizes are correct before placing the order. No refunds or exchanges will be made for personalized products due to errors in design or size provided by the customer.
8. Data Protection
We comply with Organic Law 3/2018, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data will be used exclusively to process your order and, if you have given your consent, to send you commercial communications.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EVERNYA and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, in whole or in part, of the content without the express consent of EVERNYA is prohibited.
10. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. In case of disputes arising from these terms and conditions, the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ciudad Real.

Invoicing and Invoice Delivery
The customer will receive their invoice in two formats:
- Electronic invoice: It will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase, along with the order confirmation.
- Physical invoice: A printed copy will be included inside the order package.
If the customer needs an additional invoice or has any questions about invoicing, they can request it by writing to info@evernya.es.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Furthermore, you agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments will be made in euros.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, you agree that we may charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order.
We reserve the right to reject orders solely for justifiable reasons, such as suspected fraud or system errors. In such a case, the customer will be duly notified.
